Although medications may be necessary for some GI diseases, we believe that a healthy diet and nutrition can help many GI conditions. Sometimes it's a combination of diet and medications that help patients.

At Wake Pediatric GI, patients get personal dietary support from a registered dietitian. Each diet is for a specific GI condition and should be followed after our recommendations. Some of the diets that we will help you with include (but not limited to):
